My name is Dean and I was once in the nine to five boat working for people who just wanted to use me to make themselves rich while lying to me about there being enough money to give me a raise. Now here is the thing that makes this even more ridiculous. These bosses of mine told me that I did a better job than the rest of the people that work for him. Yet they got the increase of salary every time. They wanted me to work more for the same amount of money. I was great working for them but I was not worth paying more money for doing more work. I even had to stay later than anyone else just to finish the work so the boss could be happy.
I could not seem to ever get ahead of my bills.
